Manchester United is not interested in signing Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid and is not in discussion with the player’s camp or club as per local Manchester-based news outlet, Stretty News.
Raphaël Varane’s unveiling as a Manchester United player is expected for next week, due to quarantine rules as Varane’s camp is reportedly still working on it as per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
Further signings after the priority signing of Sancho and Varane this summer will almost certainly depend on sales as per BBC reporter Simon Stone.
Newcastle United is leading the race to sign Axel Tuanzebe on loan for the season according to Samuel Luckhurst, Jonathan Shrager, and The Athletic UK.
This week, PSG opened initial discussions to gauge Paul Pogba’s interest in a move. But they have not, however, contacted Manchester United to escalate their interest into a formal bid, although one is anticipated to arrive in the coming weeks as per The Athletic UK.
Also, Paul Pogba returned to Manchester on Thursday from his holiday in Florida as per Samuel Luckhurst.
As per the latest from Dharmesh Sheth of Sky Sports News, Manchester United was said to be in talks with Paul Pogba’s representatives over a new deal and Pogba has got a positive feeling that things are moving in the right direction at the club ahead of the upcoming season after the latest acquisitions into the club this summer. Things are still open as it is unlikely that he will commit to a new deal very soon. Paris Saint Germain is keen to sign him and is expected to formalize their interest this summer.
Daniel James is said to be attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Leeds United and Brighton, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be reluctant to lose him with Rashford out for three months as per James Ducker from Telegraph.

Brazilian left-back Alex Telles is potentially set to miss Manchester United’s opening three Premier League games, the club confirmed.
Manchester United officially announced that an agreement in principle was reached with Real Madrid for the transfer of Raphaël Varane, subject to a medical and to player terms being finalized.

Marc Skinner was confirmed the new manager of Manchester United Women — he joined on a two-year deal with the option for another year.
Manchester United women also on Friday announced the signing of Hannah Blundell from Chelsea.
Manchester United academy player and defender, Will Fish joined Stockport County on a season-long loan. The club has confirmed.
Manchester United U23s won 4-1 against Hibernian in a pre-season friendly. Forson, McNeil, Hoogewerf, and McCann scored the goals.
Former Liverpool youngster, Ethan Ennis has signed for Manchester United U18.
Meanwhile, Academy prospect Alejandro Garnacho signed his first professional contract at Manchester United.
Charlie McCann is set to sign for the Rangers. He is expected to join the Scottish champions for a fee rising to £750,000 and will initially play in the Rangers B team as per MEN chief writer, Samuel Luckhurst.
Di’Shon Bernard signed a new long-term contract at Manchester United and has now joined Championship side Hull City on a season-long loan for the 2021/22 season.
Logan Pye signed his first professional contract with Manchester United.
Manchester United U18s drew 2-2 with Chelsea U18s — Manni Norkett scored 2 goals and James Nolan got 2 assists.
